Miners hit the road for.........Another Home Opener????

The Jr Miners will hit the road this weekend for a 2 game stint in the HRM on Friday and Saturday eves.
In what will be thier 5th Home opener game (Colts, Privateers, Scotians, Miners), the boys will face of against the Valley Maple Leafs in Windsor on Friday Night. In previous play, the Miners defeated the Leafs at the Bayplex by a score of 7-3. Valley sits 4th spot in the Fred Fox div with 6 points in 6 games played.
On Saturday, the boys will again go up against the Sackville Blazers for a 5:30 start in the second round of thier home n home weekends. As we know, theMiners defeated the Blazers on Saturday past at the Bayplex 4-2 in a tight game.
Miners bus departs the Bayplex at 9 am on Friday and 9:30 from the Mall to give the boys a good trip and relax.... try to get rid of them darn bus legs.
