Jr. Miners lead the Sid Rowe Division heading into Christmas Break

Jr. Miners 13-2-1-1
The Kameron Jr. Miners break (13-2-1-1) have reached the halfway point of the season exactly where they hoped they would be. The Jr. Miners lead the Sid Rowe Division with 28 points and only second to the Fred Fox Divisional leaders Sackville Blazers (15-2-2-0) with 32 points. The Jr. Miners have two games in hand on the Blazers.
" Our staff could not ask for anything more from our players" said Jr. Miners Head Coach Ryan Boutilier
" We put a plan in place at the begining of the year and the players have met all expectations." said Boutilier
The Jr. Miners have been lead by forth year players Daniel Reed (16-15-31pts) and Mitchell Johnston(16-15-31pts) as they enter their final year. " Daniel and Mitchell are both two of the best players in the league and obviously want to win it all this season " said Boutilier
The Jr. Miners will now break for exams and their Christmas break. They will return to action Friday December 27th in Membertou when they host the Eskisoni Eagles.
Game time is 7:30 at Membertou Sport and Wellness Center
