Miners on the Road Friday vs. Bulldogs / Home Saturday vs Ducks

Miners Face a Big Weekend
The Glace Bay Miners will face a big weekend starting on Friday 5 Novenber on the road versus the Antigonish Bulldogs at the Antigonish Arena. The Bulldogs presently sit 3 points ahead of the Miners in the tight standing Sid Rowe Division with the Miners holding 1 game in hand. Both teams are fairly close in statistics, while the Dogs are always a tough competitor in their own barn.
The Miners will then return home to face the high flying Ducks on Saturday Night at the Bayplex in Glace Bay. The Bay Ducks presently lead both the Fred Fox division as well as the NSJHL with an 11-1 record over 12 games played, however the Miners are always tough in our own rink and will come out ready to dig.
Hope to see one and all at the Bayplex on Saturday, as well as any fans who make the trip to Antigonish to lead your support on Friday.
