The Miners will face 2 inter-divisional rivals this weekend with Strait Pirates on Friday on the Road and the Antigonish Bulldogs at home on Saturday at the Bayplex
The Miners will face 2 inter-divisional rivals this weekend with Strait Pirates on Friday on the Road and the Antigonish Bulldogs at home on Saturday at the Bayplex.
The Miners will travel up to the PH Civic Center on Friday evening to face off against the Strait Pirates in the second of three meetings this month. The Miners defeted the Pirates last weekend at home by a score of 2-0 on a night which saw Jersey #12 retired. At present, the Pirates are in second place after 15 games played and have earned 15 points.
On Saturday night, the Miners will play host to the Anigonish Bulldogs, whom were also defeated by the Miners earlier this month by a score of 3-2. Miners sit just 2 points behind the Dogs for third place in the Sid Rowe with 3 games in hand, and with a win would take over the 3rd place possition on the weekend.
Gametime on Sat. at the Bayplex is 7:30 for warm-up and an 8 pm start, we hope to see you there.
