The Battle of Cape Breton continues with a home and home serries vesus the PH Strait Pirates this weekend
The Battle of Cape Breton continues with a home and home series against the Port Hawkesbury Strait Pirates this weekend.
The Glace Bay Miners will face off against the Port Hawkesbury Strait Pirates beginning this Friday , January 14th in Port Hawkesbury, and then the two teams will travel back to the Bayplex to play once again on Saturday, January 15th infront of our home crowd.
This will be the 5th and 6th times the two teams have met each other in NSJHL action this year, with the mini-serries being all knotted at 2 games a piece, both winning thier respective home games. These games will be the final meetings of the 2 clubs in play this year unless they meet again in the playoffs.
We hope to see one and all out to support thier respective teams on the weekend and enjoy some great hockey action.
